La carte a été réalisée en juillet 2007 par une collaboration de scientifiques de la station marine de Dinard, de la station biologique de Roscoff et du laboratoire géomorphologie et environnement littoral de Dinard : Jihane TRIGUI, Jérôme FOURNIER, Frédéric OLIVIER, Christian RETIERE, Eric THIEBAUT et Chantal BONNOT- COURTOIS. Cette cartographie a été élaborée à partir du cahier des charges réalisé par le conservatoire botanique de Brest sur la cartographie des habitats naturels et des espèces végétales appliquée aux sites terrestres du réseau Natura 2000, et en s'appuyant sur les derniers travaux scientifiques conduits sur la baie depuis 2002 dans le cadre du chantier PNEC (Programme National pour l'Environnement Côtier) "Baie du Mont Saint-Michel". Les données exploitées sont issues des campagnes "Benthomont II et III". Les ortholittorales 2000 IGN ont également servi de base pour la localisation des récifs d'hermelles et de certaines zones à Sables fins propres et légèrement envasés, herbiers de Zostera marina. |
